Qingdao University of Science and Technology new rubber and plastic certification Center TC Recognition [2020] No.1 About the provision of ISO45001:2018 new occupational health and safety management system standardsNotification of the replacement authentication service Each certified organization:ISO45001: The new 2018 occupational health and safety management system has been officially released on March 12,2018. Compared to OHSAS 18001, the new standard has changed significantly. In order to do a good job in the conversion of the new version of the standard, the conversion is hereby explained:1. Change the termISO45001: The final acceptance time of 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the "new version of the standard") is December 31,2020. On March 11,2021, the certification certificate issued under OHSAS 18001 (hereinafter referred to as the "old Standard") will become invalid.2. Change the wayThe certified organization can choose one of the following ways to apply for version replacement according to its own situation:1) Change the version combined with supervision and review;2) Change the version combined with the expiration of the certificate;3) Special audit. The certificate of the organization can implement the benchmarking activity after the release of the new standard, and apply to our company for the certification certificate according to the new standard. Usually, our company will be reviewed by the latest supervision or re-certification of the certified organization.3. Change applicationThe application for replacement of certification organization shall be accepted by our Marketing Department. Certification organization applying for conversion certification shall submit the following materials, including: 1) Management system documents adapted to the new standard (electronic version);2) Internal audit report and management review report carried out according to the new standard (can be submitted to the audit team leader on site)4. Change version auditOur company will send auditors to audit the management system documents and the site, and issue the audit report.5. Certification decisionAfter the audit team confirms that the certified organization has met the requirements of the new standard and the verified rectification measures are effective, it proposes the recommendation conclusion of ISO 45001:2018. The technical committee of our company will review the audit data and the recommendation conclusions of the audit team, and give ISO 45001:2018 certification registration to the organizations that meet the requirements.Vi. Certification certificateI) Validity period of the certificate1, according to the new version of the standard for the initial certification and recertification audit of the organization, the validity of the certification certificate for three years.2, according to the organization of supervision and special audit, the validity period of the new version of the new standard certification certificate is three years from the date of issuance of the original certificate.The new certification certificate issued according to the old version of the standard should not be valid enough to exceed March 11,2021.2) Processing of initial certification and re-certification The organization applying for initial certification and recertification shall submit the Management System Certification Application and Information Survey Form and the Certification Contract, and our company shall handle it in accordance with the established business process of management system certification. After the implementation of the new national standard, the certification process shall be reviewed according to the national standard. For the requirements of the new national standard, the certification standard is the new national standard and the international standard. After the first supervision, it will be suspended or cancelled in time. Seven, change edition chargeIf the version is changed by the method of supervision / re-certification audit, the supervision / re-certification fee shall be charged according to the original contract, without any additional charges; for the version is changed through the special audit, the number of days actually be, and the cost of supervision and audit shall be increased.8. Important time nodes1. The company will stop accepting the initial certification application of the old version of the standard on March 01,2020.2. The company will stop accepting the application for changing the new version of the standard on December 31,2020. The organization that fails to complete the version change after this deadline will be treated according to the preliminary examination.3. From March 11,2021, all the certification certificates of the old standard will automatically become invalid. Please complete the certification organization with the replacement within the specified time to avoid the certificate invalidation and no certificate.Ix.
